“Debbie helped us get through a very sticky situation. She was there from the beginning preparing a Notice to Vacate, the rental screening, and finally renting the unit.  The tenant she found was a breath of fresh air. Very nice and respectful.   I can’t thank Debbie enough for the peace of mind we finally have!  Jill Katzenmaier”

Residential Rental Services:

We are professional rental agents who find quality new renters for landlords.  In our experience, quality new renters are tenants who will:

-  Pay their rent on time;
-  Take care of the rental property;
-  Be easy to communicate with; and
-  Who will stay for at least one year.

By being cautious as well as patient in waiting for the right tenants, we have a high success rate of finding just the right tenants for each landlord.  Please see our Rental Agent Services page.

Eviction Notices:

There are some low cost effective solutions that can be used to encourage tenants to:

-  Catch up on their rent;
-  Pay their rent on time;

-  Correct any violations of the lease; or
-  Vacate the rental property.

A Notice to Quit or a Notice to Vacate works very well for tenants who do not have any evictions.

Eviction Services:

For those tenants who have evictions, and a notice to quit or vacate will most likely not work, we handle the complete eviction process for landlords.

“She took over and got all the paperwork filed, a court date set, and was all set and ready for us to take possession of our property within 3 weeks.  What a job!!!!”

Our reputation and success is a result of doing whatever it takes to exceed our customers’ expectations by providing our customers with the best end result possible.  Evictions can very costly, and we do not want our  customers to spend any anymore money then what is necessary to handle problems with tenants and/or to remove problem tenants.  We also don’t want to find just any tenants for our customers, we want to find the best tenants for our customers.  Call us now so we can get the process started for you.
